Events

  • Event:  Infection Academic Industry Meeting Day (AIMDay)
  • When:  **Postponed until early 2017**

The premise is simple:  companies are invited to submit specific questions on any topic related to infection, from antimicrobial resistance, diagnosis of infection, as well as the treatment and prevention of infections. Academics can then select questions that they would like to answer.  On the AIMDay itself the questions posed by each company are discussed in a one hour workshop with the academic(s) who have specific knowledge of the area in question, with the aim of identifying possible pathways to a solution - one question per meeting.
